Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most products are made to order, which means they take a little longer to arrive. Creating items on demand rather than in bulk helps reduce overproduction.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your address at checkout.

Golfiti is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the customer covers the reshipment cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or your building office.
Contact the carrier for details.

Golfiti cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Delays

Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Golfiti.

International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by Golfiti.
