Overview

At Golfiti, every piece is created with intention, artwork, and premium materials. Because many of our products are made to order or created in limited batches, we have a few guidelines to ensure returns and exchanges are handled clearly and fairly.

Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Limited drops marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale
How to Start a Return

Email support@golfiti.com with your name, order number, items you'd like to return, and the reason. We typically respond within 1–3 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Available for size swaps or damaged items. If out of stock, store credit or refund may be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Golfiti, we strive to deliver every order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make things right as quickly as possible.

Email: support@golfiti.com (or the contact email shown on your order confirmation). In your message, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item — and the packaging, if the damage involves the box or outer shipment
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we receive your message, our team will review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate assistance.

Custom Artwork & Headcovers Disclaimer

These are one-of-one pieces. Wear, fading, or chipping may occur over time due to normal use. These items are not eligible for returns unless damaged during shipping.

Refunds

Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Golfiti is not responsible for packages marked delivered but not received, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
